Day Four

Week 1: Day 4

I had an almost perfect day today: usual smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch and some rice noodles for dinner. Again, I know I'm not meant to be eating grains, but we went out for dinner and it was the healthiest thing there.

AND I ran for my longest yet. I think it was only about 500 metres, but that's still good! Better than 250!

P.S. Saw Eclipse today, loved it! Thought Bella was annoying though, she's so friggin useless.
